Payment: We strive to offer "China prices with U.S. service" on our wholesale site. We gladly accept credit cards for orders under $10,000. Orders over $10,000 require a wire transfer as payment.
Shipping: We typically ship within 1-business day of receiving your payment for in stock parts. We try to ship the same day (M-F) on orders place before 2PM Pacific Time if possible. We prefer that you use your own shipping account, but we offer our discounted UPS rates if you do not have an account. If we are out of stock of an item when you order, you will receive a backorder notice via email.
Typos: If you find an error on our website, please let us know. We'll be glad to fix it. If there's a pricing error, we will contact you to adjust your order prior to shipment.
Warranty: Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all the products include a 90-day warranty from the day you receive the product.
Returns: We do not issue refunds. Any returns for defective product will be replaced during the warranty period.
Shipment shortages: If you receive a shipment that you believe is missing any items, we must be notified within 48-hours in order to receive a claim.

End Users: The prices listed at TechRestore.NET are for dealers and repair companies only. If you are an end-user, we love you, but your order will be cancelled and you will be redirected to TechRestore.COM to place your order.
